EU AI Act Compliance &
Responsible AI Practice
Turn Compliance
into Competence.
Developed in partnership with FECHNER Rechtsanwälte
This intensive program gives you a complete understanding of the EU AI Act and its implications for your organization.
You'll learn to navigate the risk-based classification system, understand what qualifies as prohibited, high-, limited- or minimal-risk AI, and identify exactly what obligations apply to you and your organization.
What does "AI Literacy" mean
in the EU AI Act?
It depends on who you are. Article 4 requires organizations to ensure "sufficient" AI literacy—but what's sufficient for your engineering team isn't the same as what's sufficient for your marketing department, your leadership, or your sales team.
The regulation explicitly accounts for differences in technical knowledge, experience, education, and context. At Creative AI Academy, we help you identify the right level of learning and the right topics for each role in your organization—so you can move forward with confidence that your teams are compliant.
How we deliver:
We start by assessing your organization through discovery calls, interviews, and surveys. From there, we recommend cohorts based on role and risk exposure. All learners receive foundational AI literacy training, then each cohort receives focused instruction on the topics most relevant to their work, such as:
IP safety for using AI in marketing
PII safety for using AI in HR
Bias and fairness requirements for using AI in hiring or customer decisioning
Transparency and disclosure for AI-generated content in client-facing work
Human oversight protocols for AI in operations or quality assurance
Data governance for AI in finance or analytics
We bring the varied expertise and experience to help you achieve your AI transformation goals—and the AI literacy your organization needs to stay safe, smart, and powerful in the age of AI.
What You’ll Learn
Know Your Responsibilities
We'll demystify GPAI model requirements, clarify your responsibilities versus those of providers like OpenAI or Anthropic, and walk through enforcement mechanisms and liability exposure.
Go Beyond Compliance
Regulations tell you what you must do—not everything you should do. You'll learn to anticipate ethical challenges before they become crises, establish safety protocols that protect your team and your work, and develop internal standards that exceed legal minimums.
Real World Application
Through hands-on case studies and gamified scenarios like "Spot the Risk," you'll practice classifying systems, identifying liability traps, and building action plans—with real-time feedback throughout.
Leave Audit-Ready
You'll leave with clear priorities, immediate actions, and a clear improvement in your AI literacy. Because in a world where everyone can access the same AI tools, how you use them becomes your differentiator.
Learning Objectives
Classify AI systems by risk level under the EU AI Act
Identify your compliance obligations as a deployer
Distinguish your responsibilities from those of AI providers
Establish ethical and safety standards beyond legal requirements
Build an actionable compliance and governance roadmap
